For the lower 48 states, prices are budgeted with a conservative USPS postage allowance. Labels will be purchased in Pirate Ship after checkout. Pirate Ship does not supply live rates directly to our website, so the internal USPS zone/weight matrix is used for margin planning, not as a real-time customer quote.
Sticker add-on pricing: The $3 option is for an additional item shipped in the same package as apparel or a CD. Standalone stickers are priced differently to cover their own tracked shipment. CD-only orders can use Media Mail; mixed orders cannot automatically qualify.
WHY POSTERS COST MORE TO SHIP
An 18×24-inch poster typically needs an oversized mailer or tube. USPS may charge length and tube surcharges, so its selling price cannot be just $10 with shipping included. Poster manufacturing and final packaging must be confirmed before enabling orders.
